At A Heartee Affair, all our products are made-to-order specially for you once an order is placed. Our shipping timeline includes both production time and delivery time.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders across India. 

Extra COD Fees will be applicable if the customer chooses Cash on Delivery (COD) method of payment.

Order Processing Time

  • All products are made to order.
  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after confirmation.
  • Processing includes printing, quality checks, and packaging before dispatch.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order is shipped, delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination.

Estimated delivery timelines within India:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Overall, most customers receive their orders within 6–12 business days from the date of order placement.

Please note that these timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

You can use this tracking link to monitor your shipment status and expected delivery date.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, they may sometimes be shipped separately depending on production timelines.

In such cases, you may receive multiple tracking updates.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Natural events
  • Strikes or logistical disruptions

A Heartee Affair is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners once the order has been shipped.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

If incorrect or incomplete address details are provided:

  • Delivery may fail
  • The order may be returned to origin (RTO)

In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply.

Cancellation Policy

Because all products at A Heartee Affair are made-to-order, we begin production shortly after an order is placed.

For this reason:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.
  • We are unable to stop production once the printing process begins.
